KOHLRABI
Kohlrabi (Brassica oleracea gongylodes).
Kohlrabi produces a swollen ball-shaped stem section just above ground level. This fleshy portion of the stem can be eaten raw or cooked. The leaves of kohlrabi are edible as well.
Worldwide distribution except for United Kingdom and Germany.
