HAEMOPHILUS INFLUENZAE
Haemophilus influenzae is a Gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria normally found in the in the upper respiratory tract. This germ is a potential pathogen and can cause ear infections, especially in children, meningitis and sometimes pneumonia in subjects with chronic bronchitis. It is now possible to vaccinate against Haemophilus influenzae.
