Treatment of the excess of perspiration (hyperhidrosis) by ionophoresis.
This technique consists in applying a galvanic electric current of 20 mA (galvanization) at the level of the area affected by hyper-perspiration, hands or feet, immerged in a bassine of water. This method, of which the mode of action has not been defined, enable to stop temporarily the excessive perspiration.
Ionophoresis is undertaken in medical surgery (dermatology, angiology, physiotherapy) or at home.
