DR. HERVE C.

Professor Christian Hervé, university professor of Medical and Health law, is director of the laboratory of medical ethics and public health at University of Necker Children's Hospital and the René Descartes University. After completing his anesthesiologist studies, he became director of consultations and public health at Nanterre, in the French region of Ile-de-France. As of 5 December 2003, he is residing consultant for the Consultative Committee for the Protection of Biomedical Researchers at Necker Hospital in Paris and co-director of the leading francophone site on medical ethics.
