The copyright credit—the name of the agency followed by the name of the photographer (i.e.,
BSIP/Name)—must appear appear next to all reproductions of our images.

Do not forget that the rights to these images belong to BSIP and to the photographers
who created the images. If you transform these images (compositing, transformation, deformation, reframing,
colorization...) you are creating a "derivative" work. Under current French law,
applicable to our images, the creator of the original work retains all creative rights. Thus,
you cannot hold any rights on a "derived" work, as you do not hold the creative rights on the original image.
Medium- and low-resolution image files are available from our site for the sole purpose of creating test or sample materials,
including "comps", "dummies" and "layouts". The use of all images on this site is subject
to our terms and conditions. You may consult these here.
No image may be reproduced, or used for any purpose excepting the creation of test or sample materials,
without the written permissions of BSIP. The use of an image, even once written permission has been obtained,
for diffamatory purposes is also forbidden. All BSIP images are governed by French law of March 11th, 1957,
as it covers intellectual property and creative rights, as well as reciprocal international
agreements. None of our images may be used in any matter, or for whatever purpose, without our
